Four platforms you can launch in weeks, not months

These are our own production-grade products, already built, tested and deployed for paying clients. You get the full source, your branding and the features your market needs — at a fraction of building from zero.

White-label & fully rebrandable Source code ownership included Hosted on your own infrastructure
  • Multivendor Marketplace

    Web + iOS + Android

A complete multi-seller commerce platform: vendors onboard themselves, list products, manage stock and get paid — you take the commission and keep control of the storefront.

    • Vendor onboarding, KYC and per-seller dashboards
    • Commission engine, split payouts and settlement reports
    • Order tracking, returns, ratings and dispute handling
    • Stripe, PayPal and local payment gateway integrations
Launch in 3–6 weeks Request a demo
  • Ride-Hailing Platform

Rider + driver + admin apps

Everything a taxi, delivery or logistics operator needs to go live: rider app, driver app and an operations console — with live dispatch and fare logic you control.

    • Live GPS tracking, smart dispatch and driver matching
    • Configurable fares: distance, time, surge and zones
    • In-app payments, wallets, driver earnings and payouts
    • SOS button, trip history and rider/driver ratings
Launch in 4–8 weeks Request a demo
  • Bulk SMS Platform

    Web app + REST API

A full messaging business in a box — or an internal notification engine. Send campaigns and transactional messages at volume, with delivery reporting you can bill against.

    • Campaigns, contact lists, templates and scheduling
    • Multi-gateway routing with automatic failover
    • Reseller accounts, credit balances and per-SMS billing
    • Delivery reports, opt-out handling and a developer API
Launch in 2–4 weeks Request a demo
  • CRM & Sales Platform

    Web app + mobile access

A CRM shaped around how your team actually sells, instead of a generic subscription you keep paying for. Pipelines, follow-ups and reporting — with AI drafting built in.

    • Custom pipelines, deal stages and lead scoring
    • Email, WhatsApp and SMS logged against every contact
    • Task automation, reminders and role-based permissions
    • AI follow-up drafting and conversation summaries
Launch in 3–6 weeks Request a demo

How the pricing works: a one-time platform licence plus a customisation quote for your branding, features and integrations — no per-seat fees and no revenue share. Ask for a live demo environment and we will walk you through the admin panel before you commit.

What we do

Ten services, one accountable team

Everything below is delivered in-house by the same engineers you meet on the discovery call. No subcontracting, no handoff to a junior team after the contract is signed.

  • Custom Software Development

Web apps, SaaS platforms and internal tools built on a modern, boring-on-purpose stack. Clean architecture, tests where they matter, code you can hand to any team later.

  • AI Development & Integration

LLM features inside real products: drafting, extraction, classification, summarisation and multi-step agents. We scope for measurable outcomes and cost per request, not novelty.

  • RAG & Knowledge Systems

Search and chat grounded in your own documents, tickets and databases. Ingestion pipelines, embeddings, vector search, reranking and citations — evaluated before it ships.

  • AI Chatbots & Automation

Support and sales assistants that hand off cleanly to humans, plus back-office automation that removes the copy-paste work between your tools.

  • Mobile App Development

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps in React Native or Flutter, sharing one backend with your web product. Store submission and release pipeline included.

  • UI/UX Design

Interface design that starts from the job your user is trying to finish. Wireframes, a real design system and clickable prototypes before a line of production code.

  • API Development & Integrations

REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations — payments, CRM, ERP, logistics, e-signature. Documented, versioned and rate-limited properly.

  • Cloud Deployment & DevOps

AWS, GCP or DigitalOcean set up in your own accounts. Docker, CI/CD, staging environments, backups, monitoring and alerting so releases stop being scary.

  • Social Media Marketing

Content strategy, production calendar, organic growth and paid campaigns on the two or three channels your buyers actually use. Reported against pipeline, not likes.

  • SEO & Digital Growth

Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, content that ranks for buying-intent queries, and clean analytics so you can see which channel pays for itself.

Why NTemOnline

Six reasons clients stay after project one

Agencies mostly fail on communication and handover, not on code. We designed our process around both.

  • Senior engineers, no bait-and-switch

The people on your discovery call write your code. Every engineer here has shipped production systems, so you are not funding someone's training.

  • Transparent, direct communication

One shared channel with the builders, weekly written updates, a live staging link from week one. You always know what changed and what is next.

  • Modern stack, deliberately chosen

Laravel, React, Next.js, Node, Python, Postgres, pgvector, Docker. We pick tools with big talent pools so your product stays maintainable without us.

  • Fast, predictable turnaround

Scope split into two-week milestones with a demo at the end of each. Slipping dates get flagged the week they are at risk, not on the deadline.

  • You own everything

Your Git repos, your cloud accounts, your API keys, full IP transfer on final payment, plus written handover docs. NDA signed before discovery.

  • Pricing that fits the work

Fixed price when scope is clear, retainer when it is evolving. Competitive rates because we are lean — and no surprise change-request invoices.

How we work

Six steps from idea to maintained product

Same process for a landing page and for a production RAG system — only the depth of each step changes.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A free 45-minute call to map the problem, users, constraints and success metrics. You leave with a written summary and a rough range — even if you never hire us.

Output: scope summary, budget range, risk list

  2. 02

    Planning & Design

Feature list, data model, architecture and milestone plan, plus wireframes and UI design for anything user-facing. Nothing gets built from a verbal brief.

Output: spec, designs, fixed milestone schedule

  3. 03

    Development

Two-week sprints against the milestone plan, code reviewed on every pull request, deployed to staging continuously so you can click through real progress.

Output: working staging build, weekly demo

  4. 04

    Testing & QA

Automated tests on critical paths, cross-browser and device checks, load and security passes, and for AI work an evaluation set that scores answer quality and hallucination rate.

Output: QA report, eval scores, fix log

  5. 05

    Deployment

Release to your own infrastructure with CI/CD, backups, monitoring and alerts wired up. Documented rollback path, DNS and SSL handled, plus a team walkthrough.

Output: live product, runbook, handover session

  6. 06

    Ongoing Support

30 days of bug fixes included, then an optional care plan for monitoring, patches and steady improvements. Or a clean exit with docs if you take it in-house.

Output: 30-day warranty, optional care plan

FAQ

Questions we get before every project

How do you price projects?

Two models. Fixed price for well-defined scopes — you get a written spec, milestone payments and a number that does not move unless you change the scope. Monthly retainer for ongoing product work, where you buy a set amount of senior engineering capacity each month and re-prioritise as you learn.

We quote after the free discovery call. Anyone giving you a firm price before understanding your data and integrations is guessing.

How long does a typical project take?

Marketing site or landing funnel: 1–3 weeks. MVP web app or internal tool: 4–10 weeks. Production RAG or AI integration: 3–8 weeks, mostly depending on how clean your data is. Mobile app with a backend: 8–14 weeks.

You get the milestone schedule before signing, and a demo every two weeks so slippage is visible immediately.

How does an AI or RAG project actually work?

It starts with your data, not the model. We inventory the sources (documents, tickets, product data, database tables), build an ingestion and chunking pipeline, generate embeddings, and store them in a vector index such as pgvector or Pinecone. Retrieval feeds an LLM under a strict grounding prompt so answers cite their sources and refuse when the source is missing.

Before launch we build an evaluation set from your real questions and score accuracy, refusal behaviour, latency and cost per answer. You see those numbers — that is the difference between a demo and a system you can put in front of customers.

How do your ready-to-launch products differ from custom development?

Our premium solutions — multivendor marketplace, ride-hailing, bulk SMS and CRM — are platforms we have already built, tested and deployed for paying clients. You pay a one-time platform licence plus a customisation quote for branding, features and integrations, instead of funding the core build from zero. That typically removes 60–70% of the time and cost of starting fresh.

You still get the full source code, deployed on your own infrastructure, with no per-seat fees and no revenue share. Custom development is the right call when your workflow has no off-the-shelf equivalent — we will tell you honestly which one your project needs.

How will we communicate during the project?

One shared Slack or WhatsApp channel with the engineers doing the work. A live staging URL from week one. A written update every Friday covering what shipped, what is next and any risks, plus a demo call at the end of each two-week milestone. Typical reply time in-channel is a few working hours.

Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the code?

Yes — we sign your NDA before discovery, or send ours if you would rather use a standard one. You own 100% of the code and IP on final payment. Work happens in your Git organisation and your cloud accounts from day one, so there is nothing to migrate at the end and no license fee to us, ever.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixing on delivered scope. After that, most clients move to a care plan: uptime monitoring, security patches, dependency and framework upgrades, backup verification, and a monthly block of improvement hours at a discounted rate.

If you would rather take it in-house, you get a handover session, a runbook and architecture docs. We do not hold anything hostage.
